Founder and Head Instuctor Moss Bluff
Prof. Cynthia Davis
Regional Director Coach Cynthia is a passionate and dedicated leader in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) community, overseeing the development and growth of two thriving school locations. As a coach for both kids’ and adults’ classes, she works tirelessly to create a cohesive and supportive environment across both schools, ensuring every student feels welcome and empowered. Coach Cynthia’s journey in BJJ is a truly inspiring story. Cynthia began as a mother watching her daughter’s train. Inspired by their enthusiasm, she stepped onto the mats herself, and from that moment, she never looked back. After becoming an exceptional student, training six days a week, she started teaching classes. This led her to becoming a Jiu Jitsu competitor that helped her overcome severe anxiety.
With her commitment to Jiu Jitsu she partnered up with Professor Jaime to bring Gracie Barra to the Moss Bluff Community as a school owner. Furthermore, she has many more goals for her Jiu Jitsu career. With experience competing in tournaments, Coach Cynthia brings a unique perspective to her teaching, emphasizing both technical excellence and the personal confidence that BJJ builds. She is also a driving force behind the growth of the women’s program, inspiring and supporting women to discover their strength and potential through the art.
In addition to her coaching, Coach Cynthia continues to educate herself in the her knowledge and enhance her ability to lead and grow the schools she so passionately supports. Her dedication, vision, and genuine care for her students make her an invaluable part of the BJJ community.
